Following our Innovation Discovery process, we designed an information services platform for a leading European national standards body to modernize their legacy systems, consolidate an inconsistent user experience, and augment the value of British standards to a broader audience.

Our research-backed platform design will improve an outdated client experience, reduce barriers to online purchasing, and address standards discoverability issues. We formulated a product and pricing strategy that positions BSI to grow average client revenue and adapt to the rapidly changing global landscape.
