An IoT Powered Outbound Supply Chain

Caterpillar needed to reduce $2B of slack in their outbound heavy equipment supply chain. Following TheoremOne’s Research & Design process we designed and developed an asset tracking platform showing real-time supply-chain status across Caterpillar’s global network, for the first time. We sourced GPS trackers, integrated with existing shipping software, and built intuitive dashboards — ultimately improving CAT’s cashflow by over $1B.
